My family and I ate at this location last weekend. My wife is a huge fan of Red Lobster, but all of our food was a bit dry, and even she complained, which she rarely does. The wait staff was very nice and attentive, and the drinks were poured very strong which I am a big fan of. But since the main reason we came was for food, and it wasn't as good as it usually is, I am giving this visit a 3 star.

I had a great time here with family recently. We enjoyed the meal. We felt right at home with the extra long family style tables with booths. Our food was delicious and the server was great.

Waitress was attentive and apologetic about the service, but that's where the good part of this review ends. The first statement from our waitress was they were out of Popcorn Shrimp, Coconut Shrimp, and Chicken. The service was unbelievably slow. The portion sizes were laughable. The food was disappointing and horribly overpriced. Later my son orders a Chocolate Lava Cookie dessert only to be told later that they are out of ice cream. He asked if they could bring just the cookie instead. They obliged, but still charged the full price ($6.99) for the dessert. When brought to the attention of the manager their rebuttal was that a scoop of ice cream is only worth about $2.54 and compensated that on the new bill. This has got to rank in the top four worst dining experiences of my life. My family and I will definitely not be going back.

Very slow service, we waited 30min before someone even said anything to us. They were not even busy so I can't say it was because of that. On top of that we waited over an hour and half for our food.
This was my mother in law appreciation dinner and it was not worth the time me and my wife driving from Dallas to enjoy a good dinner at my mother in law favorite restaurant.
Next time I'm coming to pick her up and take her to a great red lobster in Dallas.
