The hamburgers and french fries were very fresh and hot. The staff is very friendly and polite. The guest were even nice

This is consistently the slowest fast food restaurant I have been to in my entire life. Every few months I forget how slow they are and visit only to wait 20 to 30 minutes in the drive through for my food. Management needs to change something about how they process orders because you can literally get food faster at a sit down restaurant than you can at this drive through.

Good service. This was my first time at a Whataburger. I had a hamburger, no cheese. I thought the bun was doughy and a bit overpowering.

I've had several poor experiences at night. Tonight, the manager handed me my order without and item. I waited at the window and when she returned, I stated the item wasn't in the bag. She asked me if I ordered it. I said yes. She asked me if I was sure. I was sure.
Let me take a moment to explain the situation. I ordered three items. One was missing. This woman was the night manager. My receipt was taped to the bag. And she asked me twice if I was sure I ordered an item? Yes, I am absolutely sure.
When I get home I open my sandwich, I opted for the new spicy strawberry biscuit, and if you view the picture, you'll see overcooked meat, a biscuit cut uneven, I'd say 25/75) and virtually no jelly. The entire point was to try the new jelly on a biscuit. Oh well. I guess the next time I am hungry after working the until eleven at night, I should just cook at home. Then, if I give myself bad service and poor food, I only have myself to blame.

Honey Chicken Biscuit!! Only served 11p to 11a. Nuff said.
