I have never felt so comfortablenat a dentistbin my lofr. Dr. Shonebis an amazing dentist who goes above and beyond for his patients. The secretarial staff are like sisters, they do more than just checknyou in they genuinelyncare aboit the patients and ask about younday, plans, weddings children, etc.
South Buffalos Dental staff, all of them are like family amd I will never go to another dentist, i have been going to Dr. Shone for about 6 years and will neverblook back!

The ladies in the office were absolutely lovely. Then I seen the dentist for a cap (in the front of my mouth) that was extremely loose & continuously fell out. He cemented it with no problem. After which I examined & told him it was crooked to the point my bottom teeth scraped against it before my teeth met my top teeth. His reply: well nothing to do about now ... you shouldn't have moved (which I didn't) & left the room. Thanks to another near by dentist, I was able to get it fixed the same day. Definitely my first & last time at South Bflo Dental.

I just recently had an appointment with South Buffalo Dental. I sat in the waiting room for a bit waiting to be called. During that time, I listened to the associates talk amongst themselves about how other patients are calling in saying they were dissatisfied with the Dentist service. They also said how he basically dissagreed with the patients and told them they were wrong in how they felt. When it was my turn. The dentist seemed to be in a rush. He only had to bond my tooth but, in having this done before, I know it doesn't take 10 minutes. There was no other associate in the room...which isn't really the policy normally. He origanally was supposed to do the middle of the tooth, top and underside. He didn't. He didn't match the color. He rushed through the whole process and when it was done...my tooth didn't feel right. I payed the full amount, even though he only bonded the middle of my tooth. When I went home and got a good look at my front teeth....they looked BAD. He didn't smooth the bond...it was very rigid and bumpy..and I could see it! It looks like I have an extra piece of tooth sticking out between my middle two. Anyway, needless to say...I've scheduled an app with my original dentist, who's a bit farther away...but, Much Better!!!! I will Not be going back to this place again.Remember, a nice receptionist can't get your teeth done right!

My first visit was indeed a good one-the receptionist was very polite and charming. How-ever, I did notice the dentist at that time-did not speak a word too me. He sat in the corner of the little office while the nurse looked in my mouth and jotted her notes. X-rays were taken. I was told all of my teeth had to be pulled (Which I was hoping) My second visit-I was more then disappointed,but disgusted! The pulling began on 5 of my upper teeth. I even questioned the doctor about using the "Suction tube" while in the process of removal-pfft..his response "Not needed" I asked,"May I spit?" No,was his reply! (I was made to swallow the blood and all during this entire procedure) Despicable!Too make matters even worse-he was pulling one tooth,then switched to another patient to pull a tooth of hers,at no time were gloves worn either!!! Upon my leaving-I was never given any antibiotics in case of an infection developing. @ days later,I was in so much pain it became excruciating. First time ever I developed a "Dry Socket" He only prescribed me IB 800 mg. I refuse to return there and certainly will follow threw with the complaint to the medical board and what ever other avenue I am able to take. I would hate too see this happen to anyone else! My advice-STAY AWAY from South Buffalo Dental all together!
