The doctor is FINE. But the staff are so RUDE inconsiderate. They were rude to me because I was an adult that the doctor accepted as a patient, and they were supposed
To set me up with an appt with a surgeon and they said the receptionist who had to do it wasn't there, so they'd call me with the appointment. A week later nothing so I call asking and they said "oh it's ____ she has your info she'll call you" I ask for a time frame. "I mean if
You want to call her you can" I say okay what's the contact info. Then they DONT give it to me. They say "she'll call you" "the doctor is on medical leave" SO. Frustrating especially when you're in a tight position needing to see the surgeon ASAP

Never dealt with such rude and nonprofessional clerical staff in my life!!!!! The office manager is even rude!!!! Good luck dealing with this office!!! The Dr. However was great! Too bad his staff is that bad to deal with!

My husband and I both loved Dr. Nagy from the moment we met him. Both he and his staff are very friendly and informative, and they really help you feel at ease. I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Nagy is an amazing doctor! If you are looking for a great dr for your child he is the best ear nose and throat doctor around! I'm a Registered Nurse, i work at children's hospital and he is so nice (to both the nurses and his patients) and also very knowledgeable. I take care of his patients after surgery and can also say he is also an excellent surgeon! He is the doctor i took my 18 month old son to for ear tubes and everything went great! I would recommend him to anyone!
