I absolutely hate this place and I'm so happy that it's closing down. They asked me why am I continuing to breastfeed my baby instead of giving him water? And I was caught off guard by the dumb question I couldn't even answer. I love Dr. Barbara and Chris's. As far as the Laura however you spell her name I can't stand her and the red head Erin b. That schedule you appointments. I love April she is awesome and nice. Just be aware if you see them in different offices

We love Dr Springer! He's amazing. However, the office staff there is absolutely sub-par and I cannot STAND dealing with the front desk when attempting to make an appointment. Just this morning, "Erin" asked what kind of issues my daughter was having. I started to explain my reasoning for wanting to bring her in and she cut me off mid-sentence and said "You really should be speaking to a nurse about this, not me" and I thought well, No kidding Einstein that's why I asked to speak to her when we got on the phone and you wouldn't let me. I have found that I end up shaking my head or rolling my eyes every single time I call JUST to get through to a nurse.... unprofessional, condescending, rude, and it's the same.way.every.time. NEED a new receptionist Dr. Springer!

Horrible experience from the beginning and my son is 6 months now and we have just left! Dr.Laurie is absolutely rude! The staff is horribly rude! They are not good with the children at all! The ONLY thing good about that place is Dr.Chris Springer, but because everyone wants to only see him, it makes it very difficult to make your appointments with him only.

Only giving this place 1 star that's ONLY because Dr Chris is cool. The lady that schedules in afternoon is so rude. If the hours are till 6 why do you have such a attidue at 4pm? I just switched my Dr to here and only taken my kids a few times and the few time I have they been rude. You shouldnt be iffy on calling your child's doctor because his staff is rude.
