This was my first visit here and I loved it! The staff was so courteous and informative and the PA I saw was so friendly and accommodating. Great job!

Love the receptionists. The doctors need to stop being so rude. Went in on Monday with a bad cough and she said you have bronchitis & your free to leave.... That's it.after not even 2 minutes in the room then gone without telling me what kind of meds she was prescribing or paperwork or anything. It made me so angry. But I'll make it known I will not see that girl anymore.

The receptionist and nurse were very nice, however this is where the pleasantries stop. The doctor that came in to examine me was one of the most rude people I have ever met.
I was told by another doctor from this same urgent care a year ago that my dark mucus and sore throat were symptoms of a sinus infection. Coming back with the exact same symptoms this guy made me feel like an idiot for being worried about my health and trying to spot patterns.
He said "I don't who told you that but if you look on the internet you'll see you just have a cold."
First of all should this dude be using web MD for his diagnosis?
Second of all... You told me that!!! You guys were the ones who diagnosed me with the sinus infection last time!!!
Something terribly broken about this place. Stay far away!

Good staff. Nurse practitioner was wonderful. She understood the problem, examined and counseled appropriately. I would not hesitate to go back if I needed urgent care again. I am uninsured, and it was a bit pricey, but I feel the mission was accomplished by my visit.
