I was in this branch with my 95 yr old mother showing her how to use the ATM. While at the bank, my mother had to use a rest room and I asked if she could use the banks. To my horror I was told that the bank doesn't let the public use their rest room. I was told to go elsewhere. The attitude given to me and to one of its premium depositors was the worst we've ever encountered. Since I was told to go elsewhere, I will move our business to a different financial institution. We will never do business with BOA again

I am glad they have Saturday hours and the tellers and managers always have friendly smiles and hellos.
