Just had the worst experience ever at Applebee’s on Walden ave!! A 10 minute to get seated turned into a 25 minute wait. Than when finally got seated waited close to 30 minutes and not one single waiter/ waitress even came over to even take out drink order!! But tables that we seated after us we getting waiting on!! Finally just walked out and went somewhere else. Never have I experienced that and when I called to speak to a manager he ended up saying that they we “short staffed” seriously that is a very poor excuse!! Cause I have worked short staffed before in retail stores and in restaurants nd never have I ignored any customers what so ever!!!! This trip just may have been my last visit. Very disappointing

Always good food, love the atmosphere, wait staff are always pleasant and even haooy, giggly, I love it there, especially to watch sports. Depends on the group with me. However, every time I find something I like very well, it gets removed from the menu. Not nice😕

My 1st visit 2 Appllebee was quite enjoyable. The food was good & the service adequate. I had been looking forward to dining there 4 several months. Now that I've satisfied a huge craving, I can't wait to return.

I came to this restaurant today to get a take-out food order for my father and I to enjoy at home. What I brought home were unquestionably the two worst burgers either of us have ever had. I had ordered a classic burger and a whisky bacon burger, both to be left pink in the center. Instead, both were extremely well done, hard, and VERY dry. The onion rings accompanying one of the burgers were warm, crispy and delicious, but the fries with the other burger were cold and mushy. In addition, the service is pretty shady. I had tried to phone in my order, but no one would answer the phone. I should have taken that as an omen. When I arrived to the nearly empty location, the hostess was strangely absent. A waiter finally had to come over to assist me. All-in-all, not a good experience. My only consolation is that I'll never have to relive it.
