I have been here a few times before and was disheartened by the lack of things I could eat, but it's close to my home and friends love it, so I would go for a drink or two now and then. This weekend I decided to inquire about whether the ribs could be made to accommodate my allergies (gluten, dairy, and chicken...) And they went above and beyond the call of duty to make it happen for me! I did keep the sides of fries and onion straws and gave them to my friends to eat, and got the veggie of the day for myself (green beans). Our server (Courtney, I think) said they all double checked the ingredients on their butter to make sure it was, indeed, plant based, and she came out to say she was so sorry, the BBQ and bourbon sauces they normally use were neither gluten free or dairy free. Instead, she brought me a few samples of other sauces to try. So I ended up with ribs with a sweet Asian sauce and OMG THEY WERE AMAZING. Didn't get even a tiny reaction, and I used to get reactions from eating one or two fries there so I'm pretty sensitive. Had a great night out with friends. And felt totally taken care of. I will definitely come to the Ale House more often now, knowing there's at least one menu item that can be easily customized so I can eat it. Thank you to everyone who was there Sunday night who took such great care of me!

Amazing food! Not your typical same old Buffalo food but with all the favorites. Excellent service and always clean. Try the meatloaf!

The food was absolutely delicious and plenty of it. The menu has a wide variety of choices to please everyone. My only complaint was our server. She was not very pleasant, not nasty but really not at all friendly. She never once smiled. Other than that, it was very nice.

Haven't been in a long time. Found an old friend. The Sweet and spicy goat burger... cheese not meat. Wonderful! Really enjoy this place.
