We were thinking of going to the cheesecake factory bit the line was out the door so we decided to try this place. The steak was perfect. My mashed potatoes were cold- gross.. Restroom is beautiful and clean. Over all great service for it being 630pm on a Saturday and it was PACKED.

Horrible service, wish I could give no stars. I'm extremely disappointed and sadden by the complete lack of customer service the hostess displayed. I came in with my family, totaling 13, to get some food before our drive back to our hotel in Binghamton. As soon as I walked through the door with our 8 kids, my sister and I asked for a table for 13. It wasn't busy, it was around 5 pm and there was no one else waiting. The hostess immediately had an attitude and told us she had to check and walked away. We all sat down, figured she was having the tables put together and then she walked back up and told us it was an hour wait. No reason or explanation as to why, and walked away. My husband looked back in the corner and there was two 6 man tables empty. I asked her if it would be a shorter wait if my sister and her kids got a separate table to make it easier, she shook her head no and told us it would still be an hour wait. My husband told her there was 2 open tables for 6 people, didn't matter, it would still be an hour. So please, explain to me how it was an hour wait before the busy times, and with tables open all over the restaurant. If you didn't want to serve kids, just say so. You can kiss the 200+ tab we would've had goodbye not to mention the 4 growlers we the intention of purchasing. When we come back to the area for our next family vacation, I'll be sure to stay away from this place.

One of my favorite places to eat at the mall. Higher end casual. My go-to is the California Chicken Sandwich and the Blue Crab and Artichoke dip for an appetizer! The fries are very very good (garlic or no garlic) and the service is always great! Serves larger parties as well!

Super classy casual space with terrific food and real German beer.
The head brewers have been allowed a bit more latitude now and you can get a good IPA too. These guys can brew have no doubt. Nice patio and music on some days which has never been to loud.
Highly recommend.

My buddies always come here and finally today I joined them for the first time....I NEVER drink beer but I must say in was highly impressed! The bartender found me not one but 2 beers I really enjoyed, the Grass Fed Sliders were cooked to perfection with a delicious horseradish sauce, the garlic fries are to die for, and the Brew Master was kind enough to give us a tour of the brewery! I am VERY impressed and will definitely be coming back!
