Booked a shower for my son a year in advanced. When I stopped in to find out months later if my check was received cause it was not cashed, I never spoke to the owner who was sitting at the bar. She sent the waitress over to answer my questions. We stopped in about 2 months before the shower to speak to someone about how it will be set up so I knew how many centerpieces I would need, what I need as far as decorations and other last minute things. Owner not there So left a message to call us. Two weeks go by, no return call. My sister in law called and left another message, no call back. They are never there either when you call. Always have to leave a message. We decided if this is the service we get How can we guarantee we will have a shower when we get there on the date so we booked it at another venue. My sister in law called again a few weeks later with a rather abrupt message hoping to get a call finally. We did get a call the next day and we then told her we went elsewhere. Her comment to us was " you booked this a year away". What does that have to do with it???? My shower was 4 weeks away and I have questions So I can get things on our end. So glad I went elsewhere. The other place the food was wonderful and the customer service was A+. Always called back within minutes if they were not there but most times they were always there to answer the phone. Will never return to eat here.
