Ran out of a sauce late in the evening. The manager on duty whipped up a variant she enjoys instead. Comped the main dish too. Very nice food and service.

I got the short end of the stick and ended up with Terry as my server. Terry was just about the rudest person I have ever met. Long story short she turned a great night out into a nightmare. She didn't refill our drinks, I was given dirty cutlery, and she was upset because we pointed out how we had been to visit the restaurant 3 days in a row and the food and service were not consistent. I never got rude with anyone and I never once talked rude to her even though she had a sour attitude the whole time she served us and deliberately walked passed our empty cups. I did not tip her and was so fed up that I told her she needs a better attitude. Being a server is a customer service job in case you weren't aware. She was snotty and tried to insult me, I should have punched her in the face, but I instead decided to be the bigger person and report her to her manager. I WILL NEVER GO BACK WHILE SHE IS EMPLOYED THERE, cooperate will here about this sad excuse for a server . Thanks Terry

This location is particularly well built. The interior has tall ceilings and plenty of natural light. It has an overall contemporary feel that really compliments the interior decorating well. The food was fantastic. I have been to the location in Rochester, NY and Orlando, FL and this location has by far taken the award for the best of these PF Chang's locations. Our service was prompt and courteous and an overall pleasant experience. If you haven't eaten here before, I definitely recommend this. My favorite dish is the Chang's Spicy Chicken, and their sweet and sour chicken is also to die for!

Food was great. Love PF changs! However the utensils were dirty! Not only for my self but for two other friends at our table. Also was given the bill before we finished eating. We wanted desert but felt as if we were being rushed so just paid and left. Disappointed!
