I will say that Sakura Sushi easily has the best sushi and sashimi in Buffalo. The quality can't be beat, and the staff is always friendly. If I could eat there every day I would, hands down.

The sushi was pretty good, but I did learn that Fusion rolls are not really my thing. It's hard for me to taste the fresh fish under all of that sauce. If you do like Fusion rolls, however, this is a really good place to go. I found it to be on the expensive side though.

My experience here was fantastic! First time I've been here and me and my Dad definitely were amazed. They have a really big selection of all Japanese foods, from super affordable to super fancy. It truly gives you the Japanese culture experience with its interior, dishes, etc. I had sushi and seafood ramen, and it was so flavorful and delicious. I had the dessert as well and it looked really good and tasted even better. We are definitely coming here again!! Recommend! Love it ♡

It truly gives you the Japanese culture experience with its interior, dishes, etc. I had sushi and seafood ramen, and it was so flavorful and delicious. I typically do takeout from here and know of it strictly from word of mouth reputation. Admittedly I am very picky when it comes to sushi but truly savor what does fit in my personal guidelines. Sakura has a delicious vegetarian sweet potato roll where the potato has been prepared with a tempura coating, to order. Delicious!
Unfortunately there are not many other options besides for non seafood or vegetarian fare, granted it may not be necessary for its majority of customers. I just know based on the quality and flavor of the aforementioned selection that equal detail and taste would be enveloped into another delicious option, and alternative for those with either dietary restrictions or just looking for a variance for their palate.
Staff I encounter is always pleasant and take out orders are very prompt and never longer than estimate given at time of order. Details of the chef also do not go ignored by me. Price is fantastic given quality of ingredients and attention given by kitchen staff. Even if I personally do not eat the majority of the menu I can't ignore the vast selection of rolls available besides vegetarian.
