My fiancé and I came for a nice Sunday evening dinner, and were treating like we were worth less than the dirt on the floor. We waited by the hostess table for quite a few minutes, while 4 employees hovered around doing absolutely nothing, and no one even spoke to us. When we finally put in that we wanted a table for 2, the hostess said a waiter would be back to bring us to our table. He never came back, and the girl who actually brought us to the table took quite a few minutes of waiting to do it. She then snaked us through the entire restaurant in the most illogical way, and sat us at the worst table. It was so small that I've seen bedside tables that were bigger. And it was so squishy in that there was less than a foot of space between our table and the tables on either side of us. I nearly hit both women on either side of me while just trying to sit down (and I'm a very small person). By the way, it wasn't necessary to put us in the smallest and most crowded space, as we literally walked past a ton of empty tables that had plenty of room. When she did seat us, she didn't say anything, not even a smile, and just slapped down the menus and walked away. I would love to review the food, but needless to say, we didn't stay long enough to even get water. Worst service. Worst atmosphere. Extremely rude and lazy employees. We've had better customer service at McDonald's. Do not recommend.

You can't go wrong with The Cheesecake Factory. We make it a point to have dinner here before heading back to Ontario. The ambience is nice. Our server Alex was friendly and the service was prompt. She took good care of us. I had the smokehouse burger, which was epic. One of the best burgers I've had in a long while. For dessert, we had the white chocolate caramel macadamia nut cheesecake, which was delicious. Overall, you can go wrong with this place. Had a great dinner with the wife.

Lovveee the cheesecakes here, the environment is very nice and super cute but they could put the music a little bit louder for the fun of it.
We literally crossed the border for “white chocolate caramel macadamia nut ” and “Chocolate Godiva ”.. the cheesecakes were to die for. It was worth the trip!
The Walden Galleria also gives it a positive hype, all for all the staff and the service is very good. I'll recommend it.

This is one of our family favorites we drive over from Erie every couple of weeks. The food is delicious .Annette, the manager goes out of her way to make sure everything is running smoothly and the customer has a great experience. We even called back to see if my husband had left his phone and she took the time herself on a busy Saturday to check the both.

Great food, amazing service! Came in for dinner and had a shrimp and sausage pasta. There was an issue with my order not being accurate and our server Steven resolved the issue without question. He has been attentive to detail and easy to talk to. Finished the night with a mango key lime cheesecake, amazing stuff!
