We went here last year when we were in town and it was fantastic. This year not quite as much, the staff was not as friendly and the drinks were not as good. That being said, of course anything chocolate is good

Stopped in late night for dessert after dinner and a concert. The place was hopping, not as quiet as the 1st time we were here. It was very convenient to our hotel - we were staying at the Buffalo Westin downtown and it was right across the street. We had Spiked English Toffee hot chocolate to take the chill off and a couple decadent Chocolate desserts. The presentation was almost as good as the flavor. Give it a try.

Loved it! Food was delicious...and my 11 year old son said they had the best peanut butter and jelly sandwiches 😊. Great service !!

Been here quite a few times. When its on point its amazing but when it drops the ball it's really lack luster. Never had a single problem with drinks and I love the decor and atmosphere but sometimes the food falls short. Also, wait times can be excessive.

We arrived almost two hours prior to an event we were attending - excited to try something new. We did not receive our entrees after waiting over an hour and a half. Worst service we have ever experienced!
