I knew this place was expensive but when they tell you that your hair appointment is going to cost around $180 but then it turns out to be $260 when you are done is ridiculous. I have dark brown hair with outgrown light blond highlights. I asked for the tips to be ash colored and blended into my brow hair. Instead the hairdresser gave me an ombré look and didn't blend it nicely at all. If I paid $70 I wouldn't have mind but when you're spending around $300 for hair coloring it should be the way the client wants it. The guy who did my hair was very nice however they overcharge here. If you are young and have long hair don't go here, they specialize in old lady cuts/dyes only.

While this may be my fault, this is the second time I've gotten a bad haircut here. Both times I walked in asking for a long, inverted bob with pictures as an example, and both times I ended up with chunks of hair left uncut. Each visit, they round brush my hair, which hides the uncut hair, but once I got home and straightened it, I noticed not only the uncut/uneven chunks of hair left behind, but my most recent cut is lopsided, with the left side much higher than the right. The first time this happened, I chalked it up to a fluke and that they were super busy...and luckily I was able to fix it myself at home, but this most recent cut from Saturday is going to be difficult to fix. I'm going to go back to the salon later today and see if they will fix it, but from recent reviews, it seems they like to charge people to fix their mistakes...I will update and let you folks know what happens. The staff are so nice, but I think this was my last visit there.

I went in for an interview for massage therapy position. I was not impressed at all. On the job posting states euphoria offers 401K, health insurance and will pay for training classes. I met the manager of spa, she took me to the middle of the mall. I never seen the inside of spa. Everything in their job posting was false. I found the manager kinda rude during this interview. She pretty much told me that they want their massage therapist to look like a prostitute. Needless to say I will never work or be a client at euphoria.

Will NEVER go back!!! I went in on a Saturday for a cut and color. I talked to the stylist about what I wanted done and picked a color from the color swatches. The color was put in and washed. During this process I had ask how it was looking the stylist assured me it was looking good. When I was finally able to see my hair it just looked darker (which I was getting a lighter color so I was a little confused). She said it wasn't that bad and that I would see it once it was dried. Long story short it wasn't the color AT ALL!! It was clear I wasn't happy. Once it was dried she cut my hair the front actually looked nice (minus the color). The back however, was a choppy mess!! It was not blended nicely and just looked bad! She knew I was unhappy and said I could come back in the next day and she would fix it. She walked me to the front charged me $ 170 (which I felt my services were not worth) informed the front desk I was coming back the next day. Very angry I left and returned the next day only to be charged an additional $15 to "fix it" and still not feeling like my services were worth my money. The color is better but still not what I feel we talked about. She also fixed the back its better but again not worth what I paid.
