Do not bring your animals here! He lacks compassion and is extremely rude. My 7 month old husky had epilepsy. She had a drastic change in character after have 9 seizures. This idiot said it was a behavioural issue. He threw a blanket over her an pinned her to the ground several time. He snapped his fingers at my partner and told him to pay attention to him and not the dog.
We took her to a real vet. As it turns out she was blind and had such sever brain bamage she didn't know where her back legs were. My baby suffered longer than she had to.
He also prescribed Valium, which was useless to help any of our issues. And also wanted to prescribe her mood altering drugs.
Seriously do not go here.

I've never had any issues or problems in my dealings with this clinic or Dr Al-Azawi it's always been a professional experience he has even made himself available for emergency situations the care my pets have received is always above and beyond 110%

I bring my dogs to Dr. Al-Azawi and i've never had any problem with his procedures or practices. He's polite, cares deeply for animals, and believes in his work.

DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE. The vet is rude and uncooperative. He is lazy and makes his receptionist do EVERYTHING for him while he sits on YouTube. He doesn't have an office that meets the minimum health and safety requirements for vets in Canada. He also has a record. He once had his license suspended for SEDATING AN ANIMAL TO THE POINT OF DEATH. I took my cat for a neuter (easiest damn procedure ever), and he managed to screw it up. (I ONLY took him there because for some damn reason, the SPCA has a deal with him and their adoptees go there for everything they need. (Which I must say, says a lot about the SPCA. I really don't think they should be dealing with him, AND NEITHER SHOULD ANYONE ELSE!!!
