They didn't put lettuce on my tacos I said no sauce and they put sauce on it. I always liked Jack in box. I loved there tacos and everything there. I won't be going to go to Jack in the box ever and I will tell all my friends about this. And Beleve me they wonth go there

I eat here pretty frequently, and I love it! Except, lately the customer service has been terrible at night. It's like it's only teenagers there and they're rude, and act like we owe them something. I love the people who are there during the days, but night time needs some work.

Joke in the Box. Came in for a meal with two kids. Nobody would come to the counter to take our order. Three different employees looked at me. All were wearing headsets. None even said "hello" or "we'll be with you in a minute" or acknowleged our presence in any other way. We waited 5 minutes and still the same responses. We finally left to go somewhere else where customers are valued and recognized as the source of their paychecks.

We hopped in the car and drove from Utah just to come here. I crave the tacos as nostalgia from my younger days. Jack in the Box never disappoints.

The only problem is that Jumbo Jacks and Breakfast Jacks are addictive. Try moving away from JITB territory and experiencing withdrawals. The tacos go down easy but leave you with regrets when you see the grease left on your fingers.
