We used LED Transportation's shuttle service for our wedding a few weeks ago and couldn't have been happier! Michelle was our driver and she was super attentive and professional, and made sure everyone made it from our venue to the hotel safely throughout the night. Would definitely recommend!!

LED is a great company and partner to us, if you are in the Canton area they are the only company to use.

Contracted with LED Transportation to make 2 Shuttle Runs each way (to the event and from the event) from Embassy Suites to Gervasi Vineyard in Canton area, for our Daughters Wedding on 6-26-17 however the Driver for LED was not familiar with the venue which was only located 9.7 miles away. Guests of ours at the Embassy Hotel had to take their own vehicles to the venue which was a huge inconvenience for them. Wedding ceremony at Gervasi had to be delayed until all guests made it to the venue. My wife contacted LED on 5-31-17 to discuss the incompetence of their transportation service or at least an apology and or a possible credit for the inconvenience, however they were not interested in admitting any error on their behalf. Arrogant and Ignorance on part of LED shows little interest in customer service. Do Not Use This Shuttle Service.
