It is an all white church, so when my family, and myself, would attend some their events we were treated as if famous movie stars b/c we were the only black people there. From that information, it would be a good idea to bring some other black people with you so you don't feel uncomfortable if not use to being around only race that is the opposite race. But the experience is wonderful b/c of how wonderful the people are. We aren't members of the church, but the events like the Easter egg hunts and "trunk-or-treat" are the best. They display Halloween in a much safer way by having the children, with adult chaperons, go to the members' trunks to get candy, and it's all done on Sunday morning, with a brunch afterwords. They also give food to the need on Thursdays and Tuesdays.
