Aultra handled my Cobra from my old employer. Patty was always extremely helpful and answered all my questions. She was also polite and friendly. She always returned messages on a timely basis. After my old employer was purchased I had to change to the new company's service provider. They were a nightmare. The service reps were incompetent and could not provide a simple answer. After being on the phone and/or hold with them for over 30 minutes, I hung up and called Patty as a last ditch effort. Given Aultra no longer had the contract she did not have to call me back, but did immediately. She provided me with a contact in HR at the new company. Through that contact I was able to obtain the information I needed. Without Patty's assistance, I could have lost my insurance. I cannot say enough about the service I received from Aultra and Patty specifically.

Waited on hold for over 12 minutes. to ask a simple question. Never even got to talk to anyone during this time. This was a long distance call too, and it was around 2:15 so not during lunch breaks. I was afraid to hang up and search for an 800 number b/c I would lose my place in the line. Wow! The lady was very nice after I finally gave her my question, but back on hold for 13 minutes after I posed my question. I had to hang up and go to work! Why would I ever think I could get a simple question answered within 1/2 hour.
