Online I was told one price, then called Monday, talked Tuesday, then Wednesday was told a price. I decided to go with Farmers. Taking my credit card number, Chris said there was a problem and would call me back at 1 that his computers were running slow, it happened alot. Didn't call me back till 3 to tell me Farmers couldn't cover me. By this point not getting the call back at the said time, I found insurance elsewhere and I told him this. Chris didn't tell me he ran my credit card for $596 I had to find out 2 days later looking at my account. Hours say you open at 9 am I called many times all morning until I finally got a call back at 10:45. Then Chris told me oh yeah, we ran it and a check is in the mail to me. Why run it when you can't cover me? Why did you not tell me you ran it and I would be getting a refund? I found great insurance elsewhere cheaper and without issue and took me much less time and grief. I am a business owner myself and this was a very unprofessional experience.
