I am not easily impressed, especially with insurance companies but Joseph Amato's office has ALWAYS been fantastic. We first started working with this office during the purchase of our first home. We were very young first time home owners (22 yrs. old) and they guided us through the confusing process of understanding the insurance world. Years later, they worked with us through issuing a claim for a sewer pipe that burst and now the sale of our home. They respond almost immediately to questions and concerns. I have worked very closely with Doug Berkeley over the last few months and his humor made a very arduous situation somewhat enjoyable. If you have any doubt if Mr. Amato's group is the right choice for you, please trust me when I say that they will be there for you no matter what!

Just moved back to this area from out of state and I can't recommend Joseph Amato and his professional Staff highly enough. They do such a wonderful job of accessing YOUR needs to their services. You are not just a number with them. They make you feel like family! That is something that has been missing for a long time with most services. Thank you so much Mr. Amato and Staff for reminding me of why I missed "Home" so much.
