Rarely crowded. More that enough space and weights to work out freely. Atmosphere is laid back. Staff is helpful. Offer variety of programs from toddlers to seniors!!

The front desk problems must be fixed, because I always get a warm hello and answers to all my questions. The work out area is brightly lit and easily accessible, and I have never had to wait for a machine.

Good place to work out. But the customer service is very bad. We cancelled our locker service talking with the front desk over there. They didn't give us any form until two months and they kept on charging us for two months. Then they told us u need to fill this cancellation form after two months. They didn't refund us money back and they said rudely that their staff is so well trained. I didn't like the way they treated us. We walked in 3 to 4 times in a month to cancel the service. They always use to take our name and phone no. and nothing else was done. IT IS NOT OUR MISTAKE. They should give the cancellation form, how would I know I need to fill if I wasn't told to fill?

So make sure if u want to cancel something ask them if there is any form that needs to be filled out.
