Only giving one star because of how delicious the food is but you couldn't pay me to go back. The restaurant is very understaffed, causing the few waiters that are there to really bust their butts while the manager simply stands around and barks orders. And not only if that manager lazy but also completely delusional. After our meal , I went outside to smoke while my boyfriend payed. As I was leaving, I was nearly tackled by the manager as she screamed "someone call the police!!!" And tried to grab me. I turned around quickly with confusion as my boyfriend who was at the counter paying did as well and yelled for her attention. She then turned around, looked me in the eyes, and smiled as if everything was forgiving for her mistake. Please don't ever patronize such a horrible business. And to really top it off, there's a kind, sweet, old man who is a host for the restaurant and all the staff are incredibly rude to him. Such a shame. Such a shame.

This place has very disrespectful waiters and waitresses. They are more concerned with their family that works there than they are about the customers and their families. Me and my wife decided to take out our 2 son's for a nice and quiet dinner and enjoy spending family time together. Instead they had 2 children cleaning off tables and serving certain customers. One of the young girl kept running, yes actually running past our table every couple minutes which shook our table every single time. She was only maybe 3-4 inches from our table every time she ran past so I politely asked one of the waitresses to please ask the young girl to please stop running past our table. The waitress got an attitude when she walked away and then our waiter became rude as well. After we paid our bill 2 men including our waiter followed us outside and made very rude comments to my wife and I. Told us if we have a problem with one of their staff members that they are all family and that they do not need our business. That's ok because after the way my family and I were treated we will never eat there again. I wouldn't recommend Napolis restaurant to anyone. Maybe they can stay in business serving their family. I always wondered why it was never busy there and tonight I got my answer. Who wants to be treated that way? I know my family and I don't deserve that type of treatment and besides the food isn't all that good anyways. I would tell everyone who wants to take their family to a nice dinner Napolis restaurant is not the place to go. Service is the worst I have ever witnessed as well as experienced.

Food was excellent. Atmosphere was a classic Italian feel. Our waitress however for tonight was not on her best game.

All I'm going to say is that this is by far the best Italian place I have ever are in my life. The service is really well and the waiters and waitresses are really nice. I would come again.
