Fantastic food and service. Tried lasagna, portabella ravioli w/pesto, meatballs, and a pasta he calls 'purses'. All we're excellent.
The purses were little pasta purses of 4 cheeses...unique and a real hit with everyone.
I've eaten Italian all over the US and this place would hang with the best of them.
They also have a very nice selection of salads, dolkamadia, and olives.
He runs special dishes every day.
Will go and try the pizza (HUGE).
Can't wait to go back.
Has to be the best Italian food in Canton.

This place is not fast food Italian. Here is a quick pro/con list.
Pro:
Made to order.
Made in house.
This food taste fresh. Like really fresh.
Clean location.
Friendly feel.
Good simple menu.
Cons:
Parking lot is kinda wonky.
Not an ideal dinner location if you want a table.
Other notes:
I really like this place. If you want some good food and are willing to pay 8- 14 per plate, this is your go to place to eat.
I purchased a classic spaghetti and meatball. It was fantastic the first day. Was good the second day. It came with some homemade bread and a salad with homemade dressings. (10/10 Italian).
This food has soul. It feels authentic. It's locally owned and made by the owner and him mom.

The food was very good and freshly made. Vincent was the man at the stove and was friendly and welcoming. The menu wasn't extensive, but it covers enough for most tastes. Being sited in an industrial area it's primarily take out and the decor reflects it's location and primary clientele.
I ordered the Gnocchi with Meatballs that came with bread and salad. The gnocchi was plentiful and delicious, and both the bread and salad was crisp and fresh. I was well satisfied and will return.

FINALLY! A truly authentic delicious place to get Italian cuisine! If you have not eaten here , you have not had the best Italian food in Canton. I am a very particular customer when it comes to food, particularly Italian and Mexican cuisine. When I say this is a wonderful food experience that leaves you wanting to come again and again , It is simply the truth. BRAVO Vincents Pastaria!
