Nice enough staff, but they consistently run behinds. 3 visits and each one ran an hour behind.

Spent over 2 hours here today for routine eye exam. Staff was friendly but there is no reason to make the appointment last this long. Hopefully things change for next time. Glasses selection is mediocre considering the location. You really should have more choices for being who you are. I will go back but there isn't much reason for my loyalty

Went to Dr. Z for upper eye brow lift and eye lip blepharoplasty. There were complications because of using local anesthesia and they were not able to complete all of the surgery, leaving me with a lazy right eye. Wanted to bill my insurance a second time to finish the surgery. Was told by Office Manager that they wouldn't touch me until they got approval to get paid. Tried to work with my insurance to expedite the prior approval process, but Office Manager was flippant and wouldn't give me their fax numbers for insurance company to track requests from their office. Told me "maybe I shouldn't come back to them for surgery" when I questioned why she didn't know the fax numbers for her practice. Will have my repair done elsewhere. Love Dr. Z but not the way his practice views patients.

Dr. B didn't come in to the office until after 9, after all three waiting rooms in the back (not including the giant waiting room out front) were all full. Patients were asking the techs where the doc is and they just kept saying oh I'm sure she's here somewhere. The techs are all standing around the central computer area in the back with nothing to do, I could hear them talking about disliking some woman-really great confidentiality! Maybe you should study HIPPA while you are waiting on your doc to show up! When I finally get to see Dr. B and ask her why she was so late she gets defensive, lies to my face and doesn't bother to apologize. Asks if I still want her to continue the exam! Of course I do! I waited this LONG!!!! I will not be back.
