My lastest experience was terrible. I've rented from this particular enterprise, several times and had no issues. But this last time, was my last time.
I picked my vehicle up on a Saturday. And with it being really busy, the gentlemen did not come out to do the inspection with me. He just signed the paper and said, bring it back how it is now. Which is what I usually do. When I got in the vehicle, it had not been vacuumed and the gas hand was on 1/4, not 1/2 that the agreement stated. I went back in to let him know these things. And his response was, "just bring it back how it is now." So I drove it all weekend, returned it on Monday morning. Again they were really busy, with just one worker(the same worker from Saturday), so I just dropped the keys and left. When I received my bill via email, I was charged for the gas because it was at 1/4 instead of 1/2 and I was also charged a $200 cleaning fee. I was very furious because I returned the vehicle in the same condition it was in when I first received it and he tells me there's nothing he can do about it. I will not be going back to the Edgewood Rd enterprise.

For starters, the guy waiting on us looked like a homeless circus clown. He appeared to not have showered or brushed his teeth in months. He gave us a quote for insurance and when we said no, its too high, he said he would give it to us for $30 less. When the credit card bill came he charged us full price. Find another location or another compny. What a joke.

Friendly efficient staff. Easy to work with. Understaffed, door locked for 25 minutes during business hours so they could transport a customer to another location.

I'm new to renting cars. This place came highly recommended & I was very impressed. I've now used them 3 times & it's so easy, friendly & painless!

Had a very nice Enterprise associate (Karim Burton) who was not only very courteous and prompt, but he also EXTREMELY upgraded our vehicle, for Free! We had rented a compact vehicle and he offered us that or a minivan; when I joking asked about the "Sweet new 2017 Mustang" sitting in front of the store, he - to my surprise - said, "Sure, you want the Mustang then?" We said yes and he said there was no extra charge!
I thank Mr. Karim Burton VERY MUCH for the A W E S O M E weekend in that Mustang, it made our events THAT much more fun (VERY fun, FAST, Gorgeous looking car!).

(PS If you're an "Add-On" driver, though, make sure to have a valid credit card on hand - along with the driver having one that they will actually put the hold on... They don't hold any funds but they DO require that the add-on driver have a card - I didn't know this but, Luckily, I did have a card so there wasn't an issue... Just an FYI for people travelling, what to bring... :)
