My son had a very successful experience with wisdom tooth extraction so I chose this clinic for the same procedure when I was looking. I was very happy with everything from the front desk to my follow up visit with Dr Sarasin! I even had a prompt call back after hours & received courteous answers to my concerns from the Doctor on call. Highly recommended!

I have been more than happy with all of my many visits. The staff is joyful and understanding. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to Cedar Rapids Oral Surgery.

My 15 yr old daughter had her pre-op consultation yesterday. She saw Dr. S and like him and his nurse very much. My 23yr old had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. S a few years ago and had a very good experience and that is why we chose to go to this office again. However, my daughter said that it was obvious to her that the person at the front desk did not like her job and does not enjoy being there. Not a great first impression especially for a young lady about to have scary oral surgery!

Outstanding care from Dr. Van H. He is professional , knowledgeable, and has a great "bedside manner." I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a competent, oral surgeon who uses state of the art equipment and technique. His back of the house staff are friendly and competent .

The staff at the front of the office do a disservice to this practice. If the doctor had not been so highly recommended, I would have walked out. The exceptional care by Dr. Van H and his team far outweigh the frosty reception.

Worse dental service I have ever received and even worse aftercare. Got my wisdom teeth removed on a Tuesday and the next day ended up in the Emergency Room because of it. Got in a day early for my checkup because of my horrible pain, swelling, nausea, and continuous bleeding (6 days after the surgery). And during the checkup told that I could either not swallow for two days or have another tooth removed to ease the pain. The surgery cost just short of $2000 for three wisdom teeth extractions. If I had known my care would have been so poor I would have just gone to the college of dentistry. At least there I'd have been helping someone learn. Summary, feel like I paid good money for a hack job.
