I was a patient of Dr. Willer (the original dentist), before the name was changed to Cedar Rapids Smile Center. So, I've been a patient since the 80's. I'm a patient for life. All three of the current dentists are amazing. My kids and I have personally had Dr. Watson for the past couple years. She is so young and so talented. One day we showed up for one of my son's to receive a filling. When we arrived, they told us they were running very low on oxygen and didn't want to perform the filling. We live 45 minutes north and I was a little perturbed. They changed that feeling very quickly. They were able to do my other son's cleaning and gave us a gift card for the movie theater for our troubles. An amazing, fun, caring practice that my kids will one day say that they've been a patient for 30 years.

Since a child I have loathed going to the Dentists. I had countless cavities and work done on my teeth. 5 years ago, my wife talked me into going back to the dentist for routine checkups, and I decided to give Cedar Rapids Smile Center a shot. I am a huge fan of this place! They offer great deals all the time for new patients and are always giving away prizes to their current customers! Dr. Watson and hygentist Kristi have done great work with my teeth and got me on a routine that has kept me from having any cavities the last 5 years! I am proud to say that my family and I enjoy going to the dentists and getting great news!!

The office is very nice and inviting. The staff is knowledgeable and hospitable. I did not know my initial appointment was scheduled to take 1 1/2 hours but they were very accommodating to try and get me out quickly.

I can't write enough! From my first visit, I felt at ease, welcomed and taken seriously. Dr. Watson is professional, thorough and has a great sense of humor. To me, that's invaluable! LOVE the assistants and front office ladies! They always can work me in and show real concern on how you're feeling. So happy I found you!

A few months ago, my son had an accident where 1/2 of his front permanent tooth was broken off! After not receiving a call back from our dentist, I called Cedar Rapids Smile Center first thing on a Monday morning and they got him in later that same morning. They examined his tooth, made a plan to fix it and had us back the next afternoon for the repair. They did such an amazing job of fixing his tooth, you can literally not tell that 1/2 of his front tooth is not real. The whole staff was so kind and incredibly patient, especially while answering my numerous questions!! They even made him a custom fitted sports mouth guard at no cost to us. Exceptional customer service!
