I decided to try Aspen because my insurance had them as their only "preferred" option in town. I saw Dr. Shachindra Bahadur who gave me an exam and told me I had two cavities and enamel erosion. I thought this was weird because I had never had a cavity or any dental issues in the past. I kept an open mind because there's a first time for everything. After the exam, I was sent back into a private office to talk finances with his manager - Kimberly O'Connor. By the end of their breakdown the future work they wanted to perform was just over $1000 - AFTER insurance. The whole experience seemed shady so I decided to pay the extra money and went to my old dentist for a second opinion. After my usual dentist told me nothing was wrong, I pulled out the notes from my visit and asked her to specifically look where Aspen said I had cavities. My usual dentist looked again and said the teeth looked fine. I then asked my usual dentist to look for enamel erosion on the teeth that Aspen said I had erosion. She looked again and said there was nothing of the sort. To make a long story short, this man is a con artist. I lack the vocabulary to verbalize how much of a scum-bag this man is to do this to people. I talked to some co-workers and several had instances like this at Aspen. I could not be more disappointed in how low this man went to make money.

This was the best experience that I've ever had at a dentist. Everyone was very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone. They do a fantastic job.

After posting this review the office reached out to my wife and completed her procedure billing us for the remaining cost and apologetic over the experience.

The Dr. is amazing and most staff are good, other staff are rude and unprofessional. Be careful going here. In June billing systems were down for a couple visits. My wife was given a toothbrush she thought was part of treatment. Later billing showed $135 charge,paid, on a date a week before she was given the item.
When I went into the office to discuss the billing I was treated very unprofessionally. The women pulled all of my wife's account information up and showed me what they had on file, one document showed the day in question and no billing for the item so the girl closed it and said if my wife could provide a receipt from that day she would honor it, knowing that wasn't possible. I stated, "you had everything pulled up there" before I could say more the women raised her voice and told me she didn't have anything pulled up (like I had just accused her of something when I hadn't). I chose to walk out and the women came out into the front where I finally got tired of it and snapped back.
Now my wife sits on a $1400 bill for portions insurance did not cover after because she did not return and has had to deal with an incomplete crown procedure.
I should also state that while they are harassing her over bills they aren't clear on I have $2k sitting on my account, my money just sitting there for a year. Isn't about money, all about integrity and professionalism.

Everyone was very kind and professional. I was in a lot of pain because of an abcessed tooth but they took great care not to hurt me when doing exams, etc. Everything was explained in great detail.

New dentures. So happy with them. Teplced old pair. I can bite into a sandwich and chew raw vegetables. You take so much for granted. All staff are pleasant and professional. I'm very happy with the service I received!
