if i could give them zero stars i would Rude just gives you a pill that doesn't work and ships you off or rude gets in your face and trys to fight you for bringing up issues that you think strongly need resolved and they will get mad and get in your face after you tell them there being innaproprate was thinking about having my kid delivered there nope I'll go to Iowa City

Food used to be great, not any more! Food not even warm. They changed their eating hours. Dinner not even served till 6:45 on the 8th foor which half is Pediatrics.

Had a great experience while in labor with my daughter. All my nurses were great! Cafeteria food was great as well so idk what people are talking about with that :/ Although, when I was hospitalized after delivery (preeclampsia) I had one nurse who just wasn't up to par. Wasn't personable, didn't talk/comfort me, moody but it didn't ruin my experience.

Save your money and don't eat in the cafeteria after the lunch hour. Employees are RUDE and if you complain about your stuff being old and dried out,they will not give you your money back, they will ask you what you're looking at and act like they want to fight you! ? Seriously, I was shaking by the time it was over!
5 hours waiting for a loved one having surgery and nothing to eat, all I wanted was to sit down and relax and enjoy my food. What happened to customer service?

Terrible experience in the ER and had to pay an outrageous price for it. Sent emails and letter to Tim Charles and have had no response. Had to go to another Dr and then went to surgery the same day, when the Mercy ER Dr Saud he couldn't find anything. Now all of our Dr's are independent because we have lost all respect for Mercy.
