Nice hotel centrally located in Cedar Rapids. It was very quiet inside despite a large, loud party going on on the area behind the hotel. Parking is free in a very well lit lot. The staff are all very friendly & accommodating.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean quality room. Great burger at the restaurant. Didn't mind our late checkout. And next to the bike path on the river!

Gentleman checking me in - I believe his name was Tom - very polite and helpful. He asked why I was there and then helped me figure out the best route to get there - quickly and easy. Would definitely recommend the hotel to others and stay there again. My only "negative" - which really was NOT a big deal at all- was room service, you went down to get the food from the restaurant yourself. (That being said, the food was delicious and not over priced. ... plus you get a discount coupon for breakfast. )

Their breakfast is great and priced well. I have been here a few times and the service is okay, today we only saw our server to take our order, drop off the food, and to give us our check. We needed refills but never got any. The server was the only server for the whole dinning room and had someone get drink orders when sat. Not very happy with our visit today. Not sure if we will be back any time soon, please get another server on for the mornings.

Nice people. Excellent food. Great hot tub. I have stayed in random hotels 4 times in the last 3 months. By far this was my best experience. Thank you Coppers mill!
