We, unfortunately, had to deal with a burst pipe on our 2nd floor, which lead to water damage throughout all floors of our house, down to the basement. We had to make our first ever claim through State Farm. We couldn't reach the adjuster assigned to us, so Ryan from Chad's office called and got in touch with the adjuster within 10 minutes, who gave us the go ahead to start mitigation. Our adjuster, Marshall, was amazing and had a check cut for us by the end of his visit. State Farm made an EXTREMELY stressful event manageable. Thank you Chad, Ryan, Laurie and Marshall for being so amazing!!!

I've been doing business with Chad Johnson's team for 14 years and it has been a great experience. His team is attentive and prudent and provide excellent service. I've (unfortunately) had to make a claim on my auto insurance and my homeowners insurance over the last 14 years and even though I was dealing with the claims group, who were very thorough and easy to work with, Chad's team followed up to ensure things were moving along appropriately and that I was satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend this team for all your insurance needs...you will be well taken care of!

I was devastated when I lost a diamond in my anniversary ring. After a quick phone call to this office, my claim was handled quickly and efficiently. I received a check to have the diamond replaced in a week. Great job State Farm!
