I was hit by a customer of theirs almost a week ago! I had to contact my insurance company to get them to move on it. Still no one from this company has called or emailed even thought their customer called first thing to submit claim! POOR SERVICE for such a big company!

Doug is a great guy and consummate professional and his team is top notch. I really can't imagine how/where I would get better service. Anytime I have a question or need something Doug and his team are very responsive, informed and compassionate. Locally owned, great service, and competitive pricing!

I also recommend Brad. The staff is very friendly and greet you by your first name as soon as you walk through the door. Always smiling faces. They take an interest in your life and not just your policy. Great company.
