Stephanie was great. Food quality has really gone down hill. Floors were a mess menus were sticky. Three booths that I looked at were duct taped. Kids sides consisted of snack pack jello and a motts apple squeeze pack. Not the Carlos it used to be.

Foid served nice and hot, good tasting. Very sweet waitress.Nice that they offer a free entree to educators in September.

Food was hot but mediocre. The waiter,Andre was excellent. The interior of restaurant was filthy. Carpet dirty, table tops dirty. The booths need to have cleaning. The door handles and wood surfaces were gross with oily buildup and dirt. Windows dirty. Manager or district manager should inspect and do some deep cleaning. Sorry but filth around food grosses me out.

Our server Andre was wonderful, very attentive and courageous. Our food was served prompt pipping hot and delicious. The only down side was the music playing. A mexican food establishment should not play modern pop music, rather music should be of a latin genre.
