If I could give a freaking 0 I would. This Domino's was the WORST I've ever encountered. First off, after explaining our location (less than 1 mile away) to the employee and VERIFYING they deliver to our area, we get a call from the delivery guy telling us to call the Marion one AFTER they were already out with our pizzas. AND THEN they got my order completely wrong. Like 100% wrong. I'll never order from there ever again. The customer service was so rude.

A used to solely order pizza from the old
Store and I had a very nice young man faithfully be my delivery driver. I tipped him very well and thought very highly of him because he was young and a hard worker. Well, after a long day as a bridesmaid i walked into the brand new store and dealt with the most rude manager I've ever had at a restaurant. I saw the store sign said open and walked in. I tired to place an order and instead of politely saying mam we stopped carry out orders for the evening I was greeted rudely and eventually after asking questions I was told I had to call in my order. I repeatedly asked what needed to happen for an
Order to be placed and nobody would give me an answer. Instead they got rude and attempted me to kick me out of the store. Finally a nice young man came up and explained that their register did not have the ability to place orders any longer . If someone would of said that from the beginning I would of left and understood.

Ordering is easy and the pizza tracker is useful. The food is good and it's always arrived at my door hot. I wish my review ended there but it doesn't. I order a lot of pizza and Dominos has screwed up my orders more than Papa John's or Pizza Hut. A mistake I see surprisingly often is when I order a buffalo chicken pizza and they deliver my buffalo chicken pizza without any buffalo sauce on the pizza. This has happened four times and it seems like such a strange mistake to make. They also give you less dipping sauce than either Papa Johns or Pizza Hut and charge you more for ordering extras. What easily annoys me the most often about Dominos is their coupons - they're boring and they NEVER change. And they're never useful. I've seen the same three coupons available for I don't know how long.And they're all either for too little food or too much. I can go to Pizza Hut or Papa John's and I know they'll always have some sort of deal on a single large pizza.
