By far, the best place to eat in Cedar Rapids. Fabulous food that melts in your mouth. Excellence is difficult to find in restaurants here - several are good, but this place truly is excellent.

I went here with my 9 year old daughter, who was excited by the concept of a French restaurant, and then was unsure when she saw there wasn't any "kid" food like she normally finds. We ordered a mini quiche appetizer and split the entree special (shrimp ravioli), which was AMAZING! Then we tried the walnut cake (gluten free) & profiteroles, which were also so delicious. She loved it too! We had some leftovers, but the portions were well sized, not overwhelmingly large, but not too small either. Service is also great, as others mentioned. I can't wait to go back.

I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. The menu is small but, amazing. Recipes are delicious and very accessible . The quality of ingredients is notch. Atmosphere, cozy and inviting. Staff and owners are lovely and warm. Best meal I have had in a long time. We will be back for sure!

One of the few outstanding restaurants in Cedar Rapids. This is not "fine dining", but French comfort food of the highest quality. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal. The service is friendly and personable. The menu is reasonably priced. In the dozens of times I dined at L'auberge, I have never had a less than excellent experience. Reservations strongly advised. Highly recommended.
