Walked up to door as 2 employees were smokin a blunt asked if i could hit it they said yes went in got my food it was hot and very good. Good time at this McDonald's for sure

By far, the WORST McDonald's I've ever been to!
I've been going to this McDonald's since it opened 4+ years ago & sadly it hasn't gotten any better, just WORSE!
Terrible service, slow drive-through, questionable staff & quality of food is poor & inconsistent!

This McDonald's is located in a part of town that is referred to by locals as the "ghetto". The fountain drink machine is behind the counter to prevent people stealing from it. That means that you have to wait in line to get a free refill. The ice cream machine is often out of order. The staff will likely ask you to leave if you stay much longer than it takes to eat your food. Don't expect to sit and use their free Wi-fi without making a purchase. When compared to other McDonalds, this establishment does not provide the same level of quality service and consistency.

There is always something missing from this location and when you call them out on it they flip it back on you. They also close several hours before their posted time. Should be better considering how busy they always are

We ordered two sandwiches off the breakfast menu. We went through the drivethru since we had our newborn in the car. They gave me the wrong sandwich that unfortunately I didn't like so we turned around, drove back and I ran inside.
The customer service was horrible. They made me feel like it was my fault that I was given the wrong sandwich. Also, they have no compensation policy. They are allowed to completely waste the customers time by getting the order wrong and making the customer come back, and the only thing they do is make your order right this time, and take 15 minutes doing it.
I am really disappointed with the service.
