I'm extremely disappointed in the service that I got I took the time to park my car come in the store and make my purchase only to find out that out of the five people working for were devoted to the window and only one was devoted to walk in traffic whatever happened to real customer service at about 1 out of 10 10 being the worst I give you a 10

Terrible customer, slow slow slow. Multiple visits and it is always the same. I use to work for Wendy's 15 years ago. Just terrible leadership in the store and absolutely have not met a friendly employ or seen one smile. Jeans, untucked shirts, weaves and greasy hair on the line, no hair nets. Just random people walking into the back on more than one visit was noticed. Stopped in for lunch one day and one of the managers began to argue with what looked like a customer about money he owed. Not the customer owing money. The manager owing money to whom ever it was he was arguing with. A drive thru order taker just telling me to wait a minute half way through my order and then taking 7 minutes to get back to me and asking me to just start over. No please. No thank you. Not even a friendly kiss my a**. Jusy terrible terrible customer service. The franchise should be ashamed of this store.
