I had heard great things about this salon so I went today for a mani pedi. I will not be going back. Not one thing I asked for was done correctly. I asked for matte toes and got glossy. Other than that my pedi was average. My manicure was a disaster though. They look like my two year old did them. Nothing is matching or even, they were scuffed before I even left, my cuticles are destroyed, and they guy doing them messed up and said out loud he messed up and instead of properly fixing his mistake just quickly painted over a messed up bump. Then on top of that I asked the price ahead of time and when it came time to pay the price changed. I am very frustrated. I’m a mom of two and am in one of my best friends weddings this weekend. I just wanted to treat myself to something nice that I really can’t even afford at the moment. It’s so disappointing when something that should be relaxing turns out to me more stress and a waste of money.

Very nice. Good prices and the pedicure I got was amazing. I kept flinching (it tickles!) And the lady was so kind and laughed with us about it.

They used to be nice and professional but so since they have gotten more business, their true colors have shown and Steven the owner and others working there are prejudice against blacks, o they will take ur money but u will not get the same courtesy as the white people SHAME!! I found a new nail tec to give my money to!!

This place was horrible. The entire time we were there (for manicures/fills) they didn't speak to us. When they we asked how much it was going to be they gave us one price for a fill but it wound up being more than if we had started from scratch; over $70 for fills. They use inferior paint as it started chipping and breaking away with every day activities (where as I've been to other places that the paint stays solid until I come back) almost the next day. And the actual acrylic started chipping a week later. Again, not something that NORMALLY happens from just every day use. The reason we went here was to see if they were any better than our normal place. They didn't even trim the cuticles prior to globbing on the acrylic so it looked like they were already grown out after I had to do that myself. I will NEVER be back here and highly recommend literally any other place in Cedar Rapids before wasting your money here.

The only place I will ever go to get my nails done. I love my usual people, Amy and Steven, and I've been going here since they were back at Westdale. They are super up to date with their nail trends (look at their facebook page) and they have a complementary drink. Love it 10/10
