All 3 of our children have been going here for years. Love the style of our pediatrician and wholeheartedly trust his judgement. Never had any problems with the staff and everyone has always been really nice and helpful.

Due to a recent incident (among several) I have decided to switch my pediatrician. I have made two attempts to get the medical records sent to the new office. I have faxed the proper requests, phoned to be sure that the requests were received (they were) and STILL NOTHING. The last attempt the receptionist assured me that the records were in with all the records to go out with the courier. a month later....NOTHING. Do not trust this practice! Do not rely on this practice!, While I appreciate the philosophy and the bedside manners of the physicians, this is a poorly run practice and you should not entrust your kids to such inadequacies.

I am very disappointed with the Charleston Pediatrics. We have been with them for a few years but recent experience make it unbearable. Switched to a new pediatrician, and even my 9 year old feel the difference.

We've been going to this practice for over 10 years and the staff has been progressively getting worse through the years. Not responsive to messages, not very helpful, unable to see patients within a timely manner, and just rude. Oh, and extremely expensive. Steer clear if you want someone who is helpful.
