This business is always overcharging me. My Husband totaled on the 17th of Feb. So I asked will i be charged the full amount for the month since we only have 1 vehicle. She said yes. So I let it go.
Here it is, March 28th and i notice my acct. Charged almost $400. I called them and asked why was I charged so much. She tells me because i cancelled my life policy, i lost the multiple policy discount. Well last time i checked 2 vehicles is multi, wouldnt you say. Then I say well do you still have both vehicles insured. She says yes because she tried calling my husband but he doesnt have voicemail so they let the acct be charged as planned. I responded, so you are going to refund my money, correct. She says no we're not. Now i am shocked and pissed. She goea on to say we dont refund and i say how am i going to get my money back. She replies we will take the difference off next months bilmonth. Why does everything have to be handled next month. When are you peoplle(SF) goinf to start handling problems as they come up like normal folks.

State Farm has insured my business for 10 years, and I wouldn't think about going with another company. State Farm is the most dependable if you need to file a claim, and have always answered all of my questions. Thank you for your great service!

State Farm Insurance has very good rates! I had minimum coverage with Geico, and I was able to save over $200 a year by switching.
