I have given this place MANY chances and I’m taking my business elsewhere. They are consistently take over an hour to deliver and I live 10 minutes from the store. I’ve even done in store pick up and they still had us wait 30 minutes after I placed the order 30 minutes before. I always have to call and ask for the status of my pizza and I’m ALWAYS put on hold and then told they are busy. They have messed up my order more than once. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt but they have consistently disappointed me.

never had a issue with this store, always correct , as ordered and reasonable delivery time...

I freaking love me some Papa John's but this place was disappointing. Order was wrong, customer service was poor, and there was flour everywhere.

I called to place a carry out order and I didn't know they stopped doing carryout at 9pm so I said delivery was fine. The whole time the woman on the phone was talking to me she was very rude and pushy sounding. She had a bad attitude. So once everything was finished I told her thank you and she didn't say anything then hung up on me. I've also ordered pizza from here before for delivery a few times and every time my order ending up wrong and I had to get it sent back to the store and wait for another one to show up. Every time it was wrong I'd have to wait anywhere from and hour to two hours before I finally had my order. Never ordering from here again.
