We found Dr Rawlings after the other Mt Pleasant location was impossible to deal with and only wanted to send us to the Veterinary Specialists for anything other than routine well care. Dr Rawlings is AWESOME! She truly loves animals and wants to make them well! There has been a lot of other vets that have come and gone since this office has opened...we sure hope Dr Rawlings stays so we know that our babies our getting the best possible care.

I was very reluctant to bring my dog to Banfield knowing I was going to be seeing Dr. Price after reading all the reviews. I am also in the customer service industry and realize most people take the time to write a review if it was bad. I was willing to take the chance and I am relieved to say she went above and beyond for me and my dog. I try to go out of my way when I do get excellent service and pass that information on to others so good service can be complimented. Dr. Price went out of her way to explain everything to me in detail what she thought was going on "in a story" with my dog. She also set up a plan of action so my dog continues to get the care and results she needs. We moved to Charleston a few months ago from Columbia and now finding out my Sweetie is suffering from allergies. Only after a day I can see she is getting better and I will continue with her care so she doesn't get flare ups like she has now. I feel Dr. Price is very knowledgable in her field and would highly recommend her.

I love Banfield! Their staff is amazing. We have taken our pets there for 7 years and never had any problems.

The only thing is do NOT allow your pet to be seen by Dr. Price. She was rude and absolutely horrible towards me and my pet. While talking to her about a prescription for my cat she actually stormed out of the room and didn't return. Dr. Price sent in a vet tech to help us. Which was amazing because the vet tech was so nice and way more helpful and nice than Dr. Price could ever hope to be.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the doctor on the other hand, Dr. Price, was a nightmare. Do not bring your pets to her. She does not care about the pets, just the money and did not listen to our concerns or even examined our dog when we took him there for an emergency appointment all the way from Summerville because our local ones were fully booked. We were willing to pay for whatever treatment he needed, yet she barely touched or looked at our dog because the X-ray technician could not take his x-rays that day. Taking him to a small perdonalized vet office from now on.

The office is extremely unorganized. I scheduled an appointment while in the office, and it did not get put into the computer. After realizing this, the staff was unwilling to try to accommodate the miscommunication, even after I had a confirmed appointment card. The veterinarian is extremely rude and not personable with those who do not look like her. I would not recommend this office unless you have a small dog and blonde hair.
