This was a stop on our bachelor party tour. The distillery was neat and it was fun to watch everything getting made. I've been to a few distilleries and gone on their tours, but this was nice because it was bigger and it didn't take forever. This place makes their own gin, vodka and whiskey. They also have a cinnamon liqueur and a pepper vodka. The vodka and gin were the most interesting tasting version of it that I've ever had. If you have already done tours like these and are just looking for a place to drink, definitely skip the tour and just go to the bar that's in the distillery. They have a great selection of cocktails and you can buy bottles of their product right there. One other cool part about this place was the bathrooms. When you walk in, you'll see two GIANT barrels, the bathrooms are inside of the barrels. They were really nice and really clean.

Very disappointing. Hours are listed as open till 7 but when I came by at 630 I was told that the last tour was at 6. Supposedly, they can't give a tasting if you don't first take the tour. Ok, that's strange but fine. However, if you're last tour is at 6 then you shouldn't say that you're open till 7.
The requirement to take a tour was not listed on the brochure I picked up either.

Make this a stop on your foodie/boozie tour of the city (they can't do food yet, but that's not their problem). Tour is informative, and the drinks are both strong and delicious. We're finding ways to get it up here in Jersey because we can't get enough of them.
