They put a rental in my name. When I didn't have a claim or rental with enterprise on meeting street. So if I could gave a negative rating that's what it would be.

Ok I was in a car accident recently.Also to add I rent a lot of vehicles from Avis/Budget. I came into Enterprise met the branch manager Michael Crowther he was so helpful and professional.I was placed in a Jeep Renegade.The next morning I got a call from Michael and he told me that he has a truck for me.Also if I would like too I can just come in and he would trade it out.He told me he just wanted to make sure that I'm comfortable in what I'm driving. I thought that was going above and beyond,I was very impressed.So from now on Enterprise on Meeting street Charleston SC have my business.

Check-in and check-out were super easy and convenient. The staff at this Enterprise office are very professional and friendly. The hours were very accommodating and the prices were great. I would definitely book here again!

To be honest when I came into the office to rent the car the people were nice and friendly a little bit different from the office I normally rent from but still. However in asking to extend my rental is where it went sour first of all the customer service and attitude of the phone rep was poor and then on top of that I was over charged. I just will not go back to that branch I'll stick to the branch I know.
