As someone with a really unlucky set of teeth, I've been to so many dentists I literally can not count them all, from Florida to New Mexico to California and now to Charleston. There isn't a single one that is even close to being as personable and professional as Dr Long. She truly cares, tells you straight, and is also really gentle to avoid anything hurting. There is a reason her family business has been around so long. And she and her staff are also the funniest and most fun group of dentists you'll ever meet. And they have great TV shows on you can watch during the visits. You don't think of dentist visits ever being fun, but somehow, these are. We're very lucky to have her in Charleston.

what a wonderful office all around! the staff could not be better! they have technology and talent! the most comfortable dentist visit i have ever experienced! i moved over an hour away and still make the drive to see my favorite dental office!!!

Nice, quiet office. Staff are professional but relaxed and friendly. I enjoy talking with them. Dr. K-L is intelligent and very competent. She tells you like it is - what you need and what you don't. And she's hoot! I still have all my teeth, so I'll keep going back :)

Dr. Long is most likely the best dentist in the world. She is very sensitive to "dental anxiety" which keeps my wife and I coming back. Incredibly efficient, TV's overhead, and always super friendly, she is truly a great professional. So happy to have her in our neighborhood and would recommend her to anyone.

I had my first visit with Dr. Long today. Things I liked:
- Dr. Long is extremely nice and actually DOES YOUR CLEANING. She is great, and provided fantastic recommendations oh how to better take care of my teeth while cleaning. It was like a consultation and cleaning at the same time.
- They were very happy to help handle the insurance claim process
- They had TVs in the cleaning rooms on a swivel over you, so that would actually be in your line of site while lying back. You could distract yourself with TV if need be.
- It was a very welcoming environment, clean, and high tech.
I had my first visit with Dr. Long today. Things I liked:
