Best dentists in Charleston / Mt Pleasant! All of Rivers + Tanner dentists and staff are extremely professional, friendly, responsive, and accessible. I've been a patient for nearly ten years and would highly recommend their family dentistry to every one!

Dr. Tanner has always been so helpful to my entire family since we started with him more than a decade ago. Dr. Tanner has been there for me during several emergencies when my crown broke, tooth pain and so much more. The cleanings are so easy and not scary. My husband - who hadn't gone to the dentist in 7 years before we met - even likes seeing Dr. Tanner. Dr. Tanner doesn't push any unnecessary procedures on us and he always gives us options.
His staff always remembers you and greet you with a smile. His keeps the hometown in a hometown dentist/doctor and his work is marvelous.
