Doctors Care: Mt Pleasant

My visit went great. I had checked in online and was seen soon after I arrived to the office. The doctor was very informative, took care of all my needs, and a nurse even called me a few days after my visit to make sure I was feeling better.

But, I paid for my copay in cash and they somehow lost my payment. After several phone calls and bills in the mail, I have finally given up on them being able to clear this on their end and went ahead and paid online as I do not want this small amount due sent to a collections agency. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service regarding this issue. I will definitely come back when in need of medical services, but will make sure to pay with a credit card and hold onto my receipt.

We were on vacation from 10 hours away when my son became sick. We had a great experience with this facility! Everyone was very nice and helpful, and we were in and out of the building in 45 mins.

Went in just before closing and skipped writing down my long list of Rx. I pulled up the list of my meds but no one responded or look at them I told them I was allergic to certain antibiotics and explained the side effects. Go to Walgreens and they flag the rx for many reasons. Next morning I called in several times before a doctor sent over one that was compatible with my daily meds.

This company should be named " Excellent Doctors Care." The service was fast and professional. My diagnosis was right on target. Great doctors.

Had to go in after bank hours on good Friday. There were a lot of people in the waiting room but got in and out with results from a flu test in under 30 min. Pretty good you all. Would definitely go back.
